John Riddle is a nationally recognized industry leader with more than 40 years of experience across retail, manufacturing, and consumer technology. He oversees the strategic direction of 10 of the nation's top independent retailers, representing more than $8.7 billion in buying power, and has played a central role in transforming NATM into a data-driven intelligence organization. John previously served in senior leadership roles at LG, Electrolux, Philips, Fleetwood Homes, Hisense USA, and Maytag, giving him hands-on experience leading some of the most influential brands in the appliance and consumer electronics industry. Under John's leadership, NATM has strengthened member alignment, expanded strategic verticals, and elevated the annual Vendor Conference.

Don Wilson manages NATM's manufacturer partnerships and leads the development of the annual NATM Vendor Conference—one of the industry's most strategic retail/manufacturer gatherings. He ensures vendors have meaningful access to NATM's executives and that strategic meetings drive actionable outcomes. Don's past industry experience includes senior roles in vendor relations, account leadership, and category development for major appliance and electronics retailers. His relational leadership and strategic mindset continue to expand NATM's reach and impact.

Kathy Genovese oversees NATM's day-to-day operations, ensuring the alignment, structure, and efficiency that support member retailers and vendor partners. She manages operational planning, event execution, communications, and internal processes that power NATM's continued growth. Kathy comes directly from the appliance and consumer electronics retail industry, where she spent more than a decade leading operations, team development, and vendor-integration programs. Known for her precision and strong organizational leadership, Kathy plays a central role in NATM's evolution into a more strategic, insight-driven organization.

Stacy Leiker leads NATM's merchandising strategy and supports members across all product categories. She facilitates category reviews, strengthens alignment between vendors and retailers, and ensures decisions are informed by data and market trends. Stacy previously held leadership roles in merchandising and category management within the appliance and consumer electronics retail sector, where she partnered closely with suppliers, planners, and buying teams. Her clarity, structure, and communication strengthen NATM's collaborative success.

Kathy “Kat” Dinh serves as the Event & Operations Coordinator for NATM, supporting the planning and execution of the organization’s major initiatives, including vendor conferences, member meetings, and strategic events. She oversees logistics, manages communication with members and vendors, and ensures that every NATM gathering runs seamlessly and professionally. With a strong background in operations and project coordination, Kat brings exceptional attention to detail, organizational strength, and a commitment to service that helps drive the success of NATM’s annual programs.
